As a Listing specialist, you’ll be handling all aspects of the listing process, including attending appointments, meeting contractors, answering client questions, and scheduling and conducting listing presentations.
The ideal candidate will be driven, persistent, competitive, and focused on building lasting relationships.
Skills & Attributes
Projected for Listing Specialist: $80,000/year with potential for growth based on your performance (Pay structure: $40,000 Salary + 10% of commission you are responsible for).
Trainee: $18/hour until licenced as a Real Estate Agent. Real estate course and licensee fees will be reimbursed once you become licensed and begin working as a Listing Specialist.
